• You are responsible for the realisation of flash animations, flash games, interactive flash sites, etc...based on a design (created in Fireworks or Photoshop by a designer).
• You have experience with Action Scripting 3 and you deliver code which is clear and easy to be worked on by other flash designers.
• You would love to work with designers as well as IT developers and you can think along functionally.
• You have a great sense of responsibility, you prefer working in a team and you show enough flexibility to end your projects well.
• You are a perfectionist and you wan to deliver the most optimal, most performant result.

• You have a degree IT or multimedia.
• You have a profound knowledge in the field of Flash and can handle Action Script 3 well (and maybe also AS2). You like to explore other disciplines such as software development and design and are interested in new technologies such as Flex, Silverlight, Blend, Papervision and Air.
• Clear internal communication and flexibility are important assets.
• You are at least bilingual (Dutch and/or French and/or English).
