As a Usability Consultant at LBi, your main responsibility will be to create user-centric designs for digital platform taking into account both business and user requirement with the goal to reach optimum results. You will also work on conversion optimization projects for which you review the usability and conversion of web platforms and formulate recommendations for improvement.

Your tasks include amongst others:

• Expert reviews of existing platforms.
• Designing wireframes in the early design phase for different types of digital plat-forms.
• Site map structuring.
• Scenario building and conversion path design.
• Making recommendations for optimization, A/B testing or multi-variable testing in collaboration with the Web Analytics Team.
• Possibly the redaction of Build Documents.

You will work as a member of the Strategy Team and will work closely together with different teams (IT, Design and Web Analytics) to reach the best outcome for our clients.

• Preferably you have experience in information architecture and usability or you have a degree in a relevant field, such as Communication Science, UCD, Product development or Graphic Design.
• You have some knowlegde of web design and CMS systems.
• You are web savvy and stay up to date about the latest digital trends.
• You are at least bilingual: Dutch and/or French and English.
• You have advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills, in your native language but also in English.
• Ability to work independently but also within a team.
• Great attention to structure and detail.
• Accountable and resistant to stress.
