Your Function

You will be responsible for the architecture and be the technical lead of complex web projects.
You will coach junior developers in their daily tasks.
You will define together with the .Net team supervisor the evolution of technologies to be used in the team and define best practices.
You have 4-6 years experience in the field and have worked in team on complex projects.
You have a big sense for responsibilty, function best in a team and show enough flexibility to end the projects well.
You're a perfectionist and you want to deliver an optimal, most performant result.
You have experience with the following technologies:
- .NET 3.5/4.0, ASP .NET, C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Ajax, ...
- RIA (Ajax, HTML 5, Adobe Flex/Air, Microsoft Silverlight 3.0/4.0, Web 2.0, etc…)
- Intranet / Extranet / Internet
- Content Management Platform (SiteCore, Sharepoint 2010, Umbraco, EpiServer, …)
- Portal platform (Sharepoint 2010, …)
- CRM & Marketing Platform (Selligent, Microsoft Dynamics,…)
- Interoperability with back-office systems (XML, Webservice, SOAP, Middleware…)
- Component/OO development (C#)
- Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL).

Your profile

Experienced and motivated information scientist, interested in web development and new technologies.
Rich personality, being able to work independently and with experience in taking responsibility.
Experienced in coaching other developers and defining architectures
You stay curious, open to change and innovation and you like to keep on learning.
You are bilingual (Dutch/French).
You are a team player, broad-minded and with sense of humour.
