The Abbott Crossroads website offers an online learning experience for program attendees and faculties. Abbott Vascular will add a new feature to the website, a tool to support case discussions, called e-Link.

Provide userfriendly platform to support the professional discussions within the respect of the privacy of the patients.

All e-Link users will be able to create, find and discuss (anonymous) patient cases. The goal is to keep it simple for end-users and anonymous for patients: cases will contain information about a patient but no private data to link that patient to a real person.

A professional approach was offer to the client including:

• Functional analysis.
• IT analysis.
• Development of some functionality as a notification system, dynamics web form for the creation of cases, a video player with advanced functionalities, protected content with Login/password and a comment module, integration with a DICOM (medical professional video format) converter.
