Tune in the website to the renewed Anspach building

To support their launch into the magnificent renewed building Anspach in the very center of Brussels, VIAGE asked LBi to develop their new website experience.

Challenge

The main challenge consisted in giving birth to a full virtual experience since the building was not ready yet and therefore having a strong creative and design impact into the project.

On the other hand, a release deadline that was fixed (22.04.2010) with a full project scope yet to be defined in only 4 months and client’s ressources scarcity due to the 1001 other priorities on their agenda.

Solution

LBi has proposed a creative concept based on an immersion into the customer’s experience on the location. Through several ‘tableaux vivants’, the visitor is physically engaged into the VIAGE’s voyage through the Theatre, Restaurant, Casino, Bar and VIP locations.

Each of the full screen immersive eye-catching tableau’s has been developed by virtualizing in 3D all environments, creating then a proper mood skinning and integrating live actor’s into this virtual space.

Flash integration and 3D PaperVision developments complete the astonishing experience.

The recurrent changes (menu’s, programs, events) and website content are managed by SiteCore CMS, with a full module integration to manage as well static HTML content as dynamic Flash content elements.
