Lead Sr Designer actively leads the creative design on multiple projects. The Lead Sr Designer role is skewed to the start of projects and to the key creative milestones of designing along a project’s timeline.

Lead Sr Designers are charismatic individuals who lead creative design processes, and client opinion to innovative and award winning designs. They have strong, well informed views but are always searching for new ideas and inspiration. They are guardians of the vibrant creative culture of designs of this agency.

The primary responsibilities of a Lead Sr Designer:

• Is a trusted adviser/creative authority for the agency.
• Ensures that our creative work fully answers the creative brief.
• Sets the visual direction for each project together with the Creative Operations Manager and the Creative Team (AD/copy).
• Has advanced knowledge of Digital brand positioning and identity guidelines and practices.
• Has advanced knowledge of organisation’s digital technologies and practices.
• Assertively troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
• Demonstrates leadership skills in addressing delivery and performance issues and undertakes tasks to build team morale.
• Is an experienced contributor with project leadership responsibility

The primary contacts of a Lead Sr Designer:

• You work with Project Managers, Senior Designers, Creative Operations Manager to plan the project timeline (including associated costs and resourcing requirements).
• You work with Senior Designers to achieve a cohesive visual product for the client
• You work with Strategy to conceive the user experience fundamentals (usability experts, functional analysts, …).
• You work with members of the Concept Team to ensure tone of voice and language is sympathetic to the visual style or design direction.
• You work with Technology team in order to guarantee the feasibility of rendering, build and delivery of any given design direction.
• You are expected to actively approach the Creative Operations manager, Creative Director and Concept Team (AD/copy) to illicit feedback on the proposed creative work.
