What's next?

This year's edition of Digital Marketing First was somewhat sooner than we are used to: Tuesday 11 October.

But nevertheless it turned out to be - again - a great success story!

The LBi theme of this edition was about 'the changing consumer' and how the 'passive' consumer became more 'active' than ever before.

The 'one way' communication, such as radio, TV, newspaper, now knows a complete turnaround.


Consumers get the chance - and they for sure take it! - to communicate via Facebook, Twitter, ... with the suppliers of the products they (intend to) buy. The distance between the consumer and the supplier has faded, consumers have their say in how they see and experience the product.
