On Thursday August 25th we welcomed a lot of guests in our Brussels office to tell them all about the next to come in the field of Social CRM.

 

The world is constantly changing and evolving and it is without doubt that Social CRM can bring a lot of added value.

The focus of the afternoon was all on the next steps to introduce or further develop Social CRM for your company. In a few hours time, you could discover how to use Social CRM more efficiently and the importance of having the necessary resources and guidelines available.

Missing these steps could result in a negative experience, and that is the last thing you want for your company. Make sure you don't let social media become merely a face(book)lift.

We would gladly elaborate on these aspects with you and adapt them to your specific industry and business model.
